HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. SHANKAR NARAYANA CRIMINAL PETITION No.6878 OF 2015 ORDER :

No representation for the petitioner-accused No.5. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State of Telangana would represent that the parties effected compromise before the Lok Adalat on 30.01.2017, and, therefore, the present petition has become infructuous.

Learned counsel for respondent No.2 would also submit that the matter has become infructuous in view of the compromise entered into by the parties before the Lok Adalat.

In view of the aforesaid submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor as well as learned counsel for respondent No.2, the present petition is disposed of at the admission stage itself.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this petition, shall stand closed.
