The case of the petitioners is that they were taken excavation works on the property bearing Sy.No.382, 383 and 386, admeasuring Ac.17.22Gts., situated at Ashwaraopally village, Raghunathpally Mandal of Warangal District. The respondents have interfered and stopped them from taking activities.

Counter-affidavit has been filed on 25.6.2014 on behalf of respondents 2 to 4 stating that the respondents never interfered in the said excavation works.

Hence, recording the said submission, this Writ Petition is dismissed.
