This matter has already been settled before the Lok Adalat on 23.04.2019 and therefore, this appeal is disposed of in view of the directions of the Lok Adalat, which are as follows : "(i) This MACMA arises out of the order dated 08.11.2006 in OP.No.1848 of 2004, on the file of the Motor Accident Charman Tribunal-Cum-III Additional Chief Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad.

(ii) Appellant/The New India Assurance Company Limited, represented by Mrs. Ella Makkar, Assistant Manager is present and she seeks permission to withdraw the appeal as the Insurance Company is not interested in pursuing this appeal.

(iii) In view of the above representation made on behalf of the Appellant/Insurance company, the appeal is disposed of as withdrawn.

(iv) The parties are informed that the Court fee, if any, paid by any of them shall be refunded.

(v) No order as to the costs of the appeal"

Appeal is accordingly disposed of. Copy of proceedings of the Lok Adalat is to be annexed to this judgment as part and parcel.

In the circumstances of the case, the parties shall bear their respective costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, in this M.A.C.M.A., shall stand closed.
