When the matters were listed on 22.07.2016, the learned counsel for the respondents submits that the subject matter in these civil revision petitions have become infructuous, as the disputed land was already sold and tenants therein have also vacated the premises and there is no representation for the petitioners, as such the matter was directed to be posted under the caption 'for dismissal' to today. Today, when the matters are called, there is no representation for the petitioners.
Hence, these Civil Revision Petitions are dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs.
Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in these civil revision petitions shall stand closed.
