HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No.26986 of 2017 ORDER:

Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Home (AP).

The grievance of the petitioner, as set out in the writ petition, is that, despite the order, in I.A.No.82 of 2016 in I.A.No.358 of 2015 in O.S.No.93 of 2015 by the learned Additional Junior Civil Judge, Malkajgiri, granting police protection for effective implementation of the order in I.A.No.358 of 2015, no action has been taken. Learned Government Pleader for Home (TS) had placed before this Court the written instructions dated 16.08.2017 of the Inspector of Police, Keesara Police Station, wherein it is stated that respondent Nos.4 to 7 filed CMA.No.73 of 2016 in I.A.No.82 of 2016 before the XVI Additional District and Sessions Jude, Ranga Reddy District at Malkajgiri, and the Court granted interim stay orders in I.A.No.82 of 2016; and, in such circumstances, orders could not be implemented and necessary police protection could not be given. It is further stated that taking cognizance of the complaint of the petitioner, FIR.No.300 of 2017 was registered for the offences under Section 447, 427 and 506 IPC, and necessary steps would

be taken during the course of time to complete investigation.

Recording the submissions made in the writ petition, the writ petition is closed. However, it is left open to the petitioner to avail the remedies under civil law. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
