HON'BLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE DILIP B. BHOSALE AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V. BHATT Writ Appeal No.1240 of 2005 Judgment: (Per Hon'ble Sri Justice S.V. Bhatt) Heard learned counsel for the appellant.

This appeal is directed against the order dated 14.6.2005, dismissing Writ Petition No. 728 of 2005.

This Court, while admitting the writ appeal, did not grant any interim order as such, and as a matter of fact, made it clear that enquiry shall go on. Through Memo dated 6.8.2010, learned counsel appearing for the appellant informs the Court that the appellant has taken away the bundle together with No Objection.

From the record, it appears that no alternative arrangement is made by the appellant.

The writ appeal is dismissed for default.

Consequently, pending miscellaneous applications shall also stand closed. No costs.
