This writ petition is arising from an order dated 01.07.2005, passed in I.A. No.566 of 2005 in L.G.C. No.89 of 2003 by the Special Court under A.P. Land Grabbing (Prohibition) Act, Hyderabad (for short, 'the Special Court').

Heard both sides and perused the record.

It is brought to the notice of this Court that L.G.C. No.89 of 2003 was disposed by the Special Court on 27.06.2011. 4.

Under these circumstances, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition. The writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed. 5.

As a sequel, pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
