THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO WRIT PETITION No.12479 of 2016 ORDER:

The Petitioner's grievance is that he had filed an appeal before respondent No.2, assailing an order passed by respondent No.3 on 26.03.2012 and although the said appeal filed on 26.05.2012, the petitioner has not passed any order in the said appeal.

2. Learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents states that respondent No.2 will pass orders in the said appeal within two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing respondent No.3, to dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioner, within two(2) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.

4. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
