Heard counsel for the petitioner, the Government Pleader for Irrigation appearing for respondents 1 & 2, the Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents 3 & 4 and Sri G.Narendar Reddy, Standing Counsel appearing for 5th respondent.

Petitioner's grievance is that petitioner had given a representation on 17.10.2017 to 5th respondent for registration of his two irrigation bore-wells in survey No.609/A of Lokya Thanda village, Kusumanchi Mandal, Khammam District and the 5th respondent has not taken any action thereon.

Sri G.Narendar Reddy, Standing Counsel appearing for 5th respondent states that 5th respondent will dispose of the said representation within a period of two (02) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision to the petitioner. No order as to costs. 4.

In view of the said submission, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 5th respondent to dispose of the said petitioner's representation 17.10.2017 within a period of two

(02) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and

communicate his decision to the petitioner. No order as to costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed.
