KS,J 08.11.2022 I.A.NO.2 OF 2022 This application is filed by the petitioner-A2 seeking to relax the condition No.2 imposed by this Court in Crl.P.No.8877 of 2022 on 12.10.2022 while granting bail to the petitioner-Accused No.1 that he should appear before the concerned Station House Officer every day at 05.00 PM for a period of one month, for the purpose of investigation.

Learned Counsel for petitioner-Accused No.2 submits that eversince the date of order, the petitioner is abiding by the condition imposed by this Hon'ble Court, which is not disputed by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the RespondentState. Taking into consideration of the submission of learned counsel for petitioner, the condition No.2 imposed upon the petitioner-Accused No.2 in Crl.Petition No.8877 of 2022 on 12.10.2022, is hereby relaxed and the other conditions imposed by this Court shall remain unaltered. However, petitionerAccused No.2 shall appear before the investigating authorities as and when required for the purpose of investigation.

Accordingly, IA is ordered.
