CVNR,J & GSP,J W.P.No.18316 of 2011 ORDER: (Per the Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This writ petition is filed for certiorari to quash order, dated 25.05.2011, in F.A.No.4 of 2009 on the file of respondent No.2. 2.

After arguing the case, Mr.N.Gangadhar, learned counsel representing Mr.S.Ashok Anand Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner, has requested for permission of the Court to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to his client to avail remedy under Section 27 of the Consumer Protection Act, 1986. 3.

The Writ Petition is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty to the petitioner in terms of the prayer made. 4.

As a sequel to dismissal of the Writ Petition, interim order, dated 01.07.2011, in W.P.M.P.No.22073 of 2011 is vacated and W.P.M.P.No.22073 of 2011 and W.V.M.P.No.670 of 2012 shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
