In this Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., the petitioners/accused Nos.1 to 4, seek quashment of the Proceedings in D.V.C.No.1 of 2013 on the file of Judicial First Class Magistrate at Nagar Kurnool.

Heard both sides.

The petitioners/accused are directed to appear before Judicial First Class Magistrate at Nagar Kurnool and challenge the proceedings by taking all the necessary pleas that are legally permissible to them and the trial Court shall pass necessary orders on merits. The appearance of the petitioners/Accused Nos. 2 to 4, before the trial Court, is dispensed with except on the occasions when the trial Court specifically requires their presence. With the above observation, this Criminal Petition is disposed of.

Consequently, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, in this case, shall stand closed.
