THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SEETHARAMA MURTI Civil Revision Petition Nos.4988 and 5052 of 2011 COMMON ORDER:

These civil revision petitions under Article 227 of the Constitution of India are filed by the unsuccessful petitioner-plaintiff assailing the common order dated 21.09.2011 of the learned Principal Junior Civil Judge, Kurnool, passed in IA.nos.1211 and 1212 of 2011 in OS.no.1369 of 2005 filed respectively under Section 151 and Order VIII Rule 17 and Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908, to reopen the suit and recall DW2 for further crossexamination. 2.

The note of the Registry would show that as per the information obtained from the trial Court, the afore-said Suit itself was disposed of on 30.12.2011. Therefore, no cause survives for adjudication in these revisions. 3.

Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petitions are dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in these revisions shall stand closed.
