THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No.3439 OF 2009 O R D E R:

This Writ Petition is filed challenging the proceedings dated 13.06.2008, issued by the 3rd respondent and the proceedings dated 15.07.2008, issued by the respondents 6 and 7 denying the benefit of Debt Relief Scheme, 2008 to the petitioners 2 and 3 who are the farmers. It is stated across the Bar by the learned counsel appearing for both the parties that the subject matter involved in this Writ Petition has squarely been covered by the one in Writ Petition No. 24536 of 2008 and batch of cases, wherein, this Court, by its common order, dated 15.12.2015 has issued the following directions: "........... In that view of the matter, the respective agencies viz.

the Central Government, APCOB and NABARD shall ensure that the respective applications of the PACSs are processed strictly in accordance with the Scheme notified by the Central Government and they be intimated of the amount sanctioned by determining the eligible members and their respective amounts, if already have not been processed pursuant to the interim orders passed by this Court in the writ petitions keeping in view of the above observations. The entire exercise shall be completed within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order." In view of the said order, dated 15.12.2015, this Writ Petition also stands disposed of in terms thereof. No costs. Consequently, the miscellaneous Applications, if any shall also stand disposed of.
