THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S. RAVI KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.25813 of 2003 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed to direct respondent to receive the application of the petitioner for the post of Library Assistant Grade-I pursuant to the notification issued by the respondent dated 14-112003 along with the other applications and consider the same by treating the services of the petitioner as regular employee of Kakatiya University.

2. This Court granted interim direction on 12-12-2003 directing the respondents to receive the application of the petitioner for the post of Library Assistant in pursuance of the notification dated 14-11-2003.

3. In view of the same, writ petition is disposed of in terms of the interim orders dated 12-12-2003. No costs.

3. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition, shall stand dismissed.
