HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO WRIT PETITION No.204 of 2017 ORDER:

This writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India is filed to declare the action of the 3rd respondent in not providing police aid to the life and property of the petitioner on his report/representation dated 19.12.2016 in spite of injunction order, dated 29.04.2014 in I.A.No.936 of 2014 in O.S.No.494 of 2014 passed by the II Additional District Judge, Ranga Reddy District, as arbitrary and illegal.

2.

Heard and perused the material available on record. 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though the petitioner made a representation on 19.12.2016 to secure the compliance of the order stated above, the 3rd respondent is not providing police protection and as such, he seeks a direction to respondents 2 and 3 to give police protection to the petitioner and his property.

4.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the 3rd respondent is directed to consider the representation, dated 19.12.2016, submitted by the petitioner and provide police protection to the life and property of the petitioner, if the 3rd respondent is of the view that there is any necessity to provide police protection. 5.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. Pending Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, shall stand closed. ___________________ RAJA ELANGO, J JANUARY 03, 2017 YVL
