PNR, J W.P.No.10202 of 2017 HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P. NAVEEN RAO WRIT PETITION No.10202 of 2017 ORDER :

Heard. With the consent of learned counsel for the parties, this Writ Petition is being disposed of at the stage of admission. Aggrieved by the final seniority list of Senior Superintendent (Elex.) dated 07.03.2014, the petitioner preferred an appeal on 10.04.2014, but so far the same is not considered and no reply is furnished to him. Hence, the writ petition.

Since both counsel agree for disposal of the appeal, dated 10.04.2014, without recording reasons and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the Executive Director of Airports Authority of India-2nd respondent, to examine the claim of the petitioner as ventilated in his appeal, dated 10.04.2014, and placements assigned in the final seniority list, dated 07.03.2014, and take appropriate decision and pass orders as warranted by law, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the decision to the petitioner. It is made clear that the 2nd respondent shall give due opportunity of hearing to the petitioner before passing of the orders.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs. __________________ P. NAVEEN RAO, J 24th March 2017.
