Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Education.

Petitioners, who claimed to be working as Guest Faculty in their respective disciplines, are aggrieved by calling for fresh applications for engaging Guest Lecturers in the Government Degree College, Khairthabad consequent to the notification, dated 17.07.2018.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Education, on instructions, submits that in the transfer counselling exercised, the regular Lecturers have opted the posts wherein petitioners are posted and there is no requirement of Guest Lecturers in the Government Degree College, Khairthabad, and therefore petitioners cannot be continued.

At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners have submitted representation to the Commissioner, Collegiate Education, Hyderabad, the 2nd respondent, to accommodate them elsewhere. He also submits that though petitioners have worked for long time, experience certificates have not been issued to them.

Having regard to the said submission, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the Writ Petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioners to make additional representation regarding issuance of experience certificates and
also to persuade the 2nd respondent for their accommodation, if it is permissible. There shall be no order as to costs. Pending Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, shall stand closed. ____________________ P. NAVEEN RAO, J Date:16.08.2018 KH
