THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE U.DURGA PRASAD RAO CIVIL REVISION PETITION NO.4527 OF 2016 ORDER:

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the CRP with a request to give liberty to him to challenge the suit document dated 24.06.2012 by raising all the relevant pleas available to him under the law in his written statement. To that effect he endorsed on the back of the Civil Revision Petition.

Giving permission to the petitioner to withdraw the CRP, liberty is given to him to raise the objections regarding the suit document dated 24.06.2012 by raising all the pleas that are available to him under law in his written statement.

The Civil Revision Petition is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous applications, if any, pending shall stand dismissed.
