THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO WP.No.16383 of 2008 ORDER :

The petitioner contends that she has submitted several representations, including a representation on 26.04.2007, to the 1st respondent to demarcate the land which had been assigned to her, but the 1st respondent has not taken any action thereon. 3.
The learned Government Pleader for Revenue, appearing for respondents, states that the 1st respondent will consider the said representation within a period of four (04) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order, and communicate his decision thereon to petitioner.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 1st respondent to consider the representation of petitioner within a period of four (04) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order, and communicate his decision thereon to petitioner.
