When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by Sri Nimmagadda Venkateshwarlu, learned Standing Counsel for the respondent-Municipality that if the subject properties are required for any public purpose, the respondent-Municipality will follow due process of law.

The same is recorded and accordingly the Writ Petition is disposed of.

Miscellaneous Petitions pending consideration, if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
