THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE NOOTY RAMAMOHANA RAO CRIMINAL PETITION No.9223 of 2013 ORDER:

The petitioners, who are accused Nos.1 and 2, in crime No.593 of 2013 on the file of Banjara Hills Police Station, Hyderabad, filed this petition for quashing the same.

Learned Public Prosecutor has pointed out that the police after investigation have filed their report before the Court on 28.12.2014 describing the disputes amongst the parties as civil in nature.

In that view of the matter, no further orders are needed to be passed. Accordingly, the criminal petition is dismissed. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall also stand dismissed. No costs.
