THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE R. SUBHASH REDDY AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.SHANKAR NARAYANA MACMA No.755 of 2015 JUDGMENT: (Per Hon'ble Sri Justice R. Subhash Reddy) This appeal, under Section 173 of the Motor Vehicles Act, is filed by the New India Assurance Company Limited aggrieved by the award and decree dated 13.01.2014 in M.V.O.P.No.53 of 2011 passed by the Chairman, Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Warangal. During pendency of the appeal, at the request of the parties, the matter was referred to Lok Adalath constituted under Legal Services Authorities Act, 1987 and the dispute between the parties is settled before the Lok Adalath vide award dated 06.08.2014. In view of the award dated 06.08.2014 passed by the Lok Adalath, the appeal stands disposed of in terms thereof. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
