HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U.DURGA PRASAD RAO CRIMINAL PETITION No.11542 of 2014 ORDER:

In this petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C, the petitioner/accused seeks to quash the FIR in Crime No.824 of 2014 of Jubilee Hills P.S, Hyderabad, which was registered against him for the offences under Sections 406 and 420 IPC.

2) When the matter came up for hearing today, learned Public Prosecutor produced the letter dated 08.02.2018 of Sub-Inspector of Police, Jubilee Hills P.S, Hyderabad City and submitted that in this case investigation was completed and charge sheet was filed on 01.05.2015 and case was registered as C.C.No.395 of 2015 on the file of XVII Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Nampally, Hyderabad and therefore, the petition which is filed to quash the FIR has become infructuous and hence the same may be dismissed. 3) There is no representation for petitioner.
