HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A. SHANKAR NARAYANA CRIMINAL PETITION No. 14002 OF 2016 ORDER:

Since the petitioner is a minor, his mother, as natural guardian, filed this Criminal Petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C, requesting to direct the learned Family Court, Karimnagar, to dispose of Crl.M.P.No.165 of 2013 in M.C.No.3 of 2010 filed for enhancement of maintenance amount.

The party-in-person, who is the mother of the petitioner, makes a representation that though, the aforestated Crl.M.P was filed in the Year, 2013, the learned Family Court, Karimnagar, is not disposing of the matter, due to which, much inconvenience is being faced to meet both ends.

Perused the contents of the petition and the copy of the petition in Crl.M.P.No.165 of 2013 in M.C.No.3 of 2010. In the facts and circumstances of the case, the Criminal Petition is disposed of directing the Family Court, Karimnagar, to dispose of Crl.M.P.No.165 of 2013 in M.C.No.3 of 2010 within three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. As a sequel thereto, Miscellaneous Applications, if any, pending in this appeal stand disposed of.
