This criminal petition filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. by the petitioners/A.1 and A.2 in Crime No.138 of 2018 of Chillakallu Police Station, Krishna District, dated 07.06.2018, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 447, 341 and 307 read with 34 IPC. 2.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Public Prosecutor, representing the State, in opposing the same, and perused the First Information Report, bail application averments and the dismissal of the anticipatory bail application by the learned XVI Additional Sessions Judge, Nandigama, in Crl.M.P.No.247 of 2018, dated 21.06.2018 and earlier anticipatory bail application filed before this Court in Crl.P.No.6540 of 2018 and when it was going to be dismissed, for lack merits to grant withdrawn. 3.

The present bail application averments no way shows any worth changed circumstances including to grant.

Accordingly, the criminal petition is dismissed. However, it will not prejudice any future right including for any surrender or regular bail to decide on own merits.
