The case of the petitioner is that he made representation dated 30-01-2017 to the 2nd respondent for survey and demarcation of subject land by paying necessary fees. As no action has been taken, the present writ petition is filed.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue submits that application has to be given to the concerned Tahsildar. The same is not disputed by learned counsel for the petitioner.

Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of. It is open to the petitioner to make necessary application to the concerned Tahsildar. On such application, the Tahsildar is directed to dispose of the same in accordance with law and take action accordingly. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
