This writ petition is filed for a mandamus declaring the action of the 3rd respondent in not considering the building application of the petitioner vide CSC No.62447/03/09/2014/C06 in respect of Plot No.17 admeasuring 200 square yards in Survey No.111/AA, 111/E, 111/EE & 112/EE situated at Officers Colony, Hyderguda village, Rajendranagar Mandal, Ranga Reddy District as illegal, arbitrary and violative of principles of natural justice and for a consequential direction to the 3rd respondent to consider the Building
application of the petitioner forthwith.

The grievance of the petitioner is that he is absolute owner and possessor of Plot No.17 admeasuring 200 square yards in Survey No.111/AA, 111/E, 111/EE and 112/EE situated at Officers Colony, Hyderguda village, Rajendranagar Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, having purchased the same under registered sale deed dated 21-03-2013 vide document No.2340/2013 and since the date of purchase, he has been in continuous possession and enjoyment of the same. It is stated that the petitioner submitted application for building permission on 0309-2014 to the 3rd respondent and in spite of several requests, the 3rd respondent has not considered his application though the petitioner has fulfilled all the conditions and paid necessary fees. Aggrieved by the same, the present writ petition is filed.
3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri C. Damodar Reddy, learned standing counsel for respondents 2 and 3, who stated that the respondent Corporation will consider the application of the petitioner for grant of building permission in accordance with law.
4. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the 3rd respondent is directed to consider the application of the petitioner for grant of building permission dated 03-09-2014 in accordance with law. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. There shall be no order as to costs.
