CVNR, J & GSP, J CMA 567/2015 JUDGMENT: (per the Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V. Nagarjuna Reddy) This C.M.A. arises out of order dt.12.6.2015 in I.A. No.575 of 2014 in O.S. No.1000 of 2014 on the file of the XVI Additional District and Sessions Judge, Ranga Reddy District, at Malkajgiri. At the hearing, Mr. Gaddam Srinivas, learned counsel for the appellants, on instructions requested for permission of the Court to withdraw the C.M.A. as his clients are not intending to alienate the suit schedule property. In view of the same, the C.M.A. is dismissed as withdrawn.

As a sequel to dismissal of the C.M.A., C.M.A.M.P. No.1162 of 2015 shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
