THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.26599 of 2018 ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Government Pleader for Municipal Administration and Urban Development, and Sri Sampath Prabhakar Reddy and Sri V.Narasimha Goud, learned Standing Counsel. When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner herein may be permitted to make a representation to the fourth respondent herein, for redressal of his grievance.

On the other hand, it is submitted by the learned Standing Counsel that if any such representation is submitted, the same will be verified and appropriate action will be taken, strictly in accordance with law.

Recording the above submission, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of the Writ Petition, permitting the petitioner herein to submit a representation, for redressal of his grievance, to the fourth respondent and if any such representation is submitted, the same be considered and appropriate orders be passed, strictly in accordance with law.

Accordingly, Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
