The revision is disposed of before admission giving liberty to the Judgment-Debtor to file application under Section 151 read with 47 C.P.C. read with Order XXI Rule 48 and Section 60 C.P.C. before the Executing Court to re-determine, if necessary, the salary monthly deductions, within three weeks from the date of filing of the application.

Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. No costs.
