HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SURESH KUMAR KAIT CRIMINAL PETITION No.15141 of 2016 ORDER:

Vide the present petition, the petitioner seeks direction thereby to reduce the surety amount from Rs.10,000/- each to Rs.2,500/- each surety by modifying the order dated 18.08.2016 in Crl.M.P.No.3002 of 2016 on the file of the X Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Secunderabad.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

Keeping in view the facts and circumstances of the case, I hereby modify the order in Crl.M.P.No.3002 of 2016 dated 18.8.2016 on the file of X Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Secunderabad by reducing the surety amount from Rs.10,000/- each to Rs.2,500/- each. Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is allowed. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand dismissed.
