Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and Smt.Pingali Lakshmi, learned Standing Counsel for GWMC.

When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that, for redressal of their grievance, petitioners herein submitted a representation on 16.10.2017 to the Commissioner, GWMC-first respondent herein but no action has been taken so far, despite lapse of considerable length of time. On the other hand, it is submitted by the learned Standing Counsel that, if any such representation is pending consideration before the first respondent herein, the same will be verified and appropriate action will be taken, strictly in accordance with law. Recording the above submission, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, Writ Petition is disposed of, directing the first respondent herein to verify the representation, dated 16.10.2017, said to have been submitted by the petitioners herein, and take action/pass appropriate orders, strictly in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible.
