Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Standing counsel for respondent-Corporation.

Petitioners retired from service on medical invalidation grounds.

They submitted representations for provision of employment on compassionate grounds on 13.12.2017, September, 2017 respectively to their sons. Alleging inaction on the representations made by them to provide employment on compassionate grounds under the scheme formulated by the respondent-Corporation vide Circular No.PD-19/2015 dated 03.06.2015, this writ petition is filed.

Since petitioners have already submitted representations and the same are pending consideration, without expressing any opinion on merits, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the Regional Manager, APSRTC, Guntur (2nd respondent) to examine the claim of the petitioners as ventilated in their respective representations and pass appropriate orders as warranted by law and communicate the same to the petitioners, within a period of six (6) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
