THE COURT MADE THE FOLLOWING:

ORDER:

This writ petition is filed for a mandamus to declare the inaction of respondent Nos.2 and 3 in preventing respondent Nos.4 to 6 from proceeding with illegal constructions.

At the hearing, there is no representation for the petitioner. Mr. N. Ashok Kumar, learned Standing Counsel for the Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation, appearing for respondent Nos.2 to 3, on instructions submitted that subsequent to filing of the writ petition the Corporation has rejected the application filed by respondent Nos.4 to 6 for building permission. This submission is admitted by Mr. J. Venkateswara Reddy, learned counsel for respondent Nos.4 to 6. Inasmuch as the application filed by respondent Nos.4 to 6 for building permission has been rejected, they are restrained from raising any further construction unless they obtain building permission. If such construction is undertaken in future by respondent Nos.4 to 6, respondent Nos.2 and 3 shall prevent the same. Subject to the above directions, the writ petition is disposed of. As a sequel to disposal of the writ petition, W.P.M.P. No.600 of 2015 and W.V.M.P. No.220 of 2015 shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
