The petitioner/accused and the 2nd respondent-defacto complainant are present along with their respective counsels. I.A.No.1 of 2018 is filed by them to compound the offences against the petitioner/accused in S.C.No.383 of 2008 on the file of learned II Additional Sessions Judge, Ranga Reddy District, outcome of Crime No.69 of 2007 registered by the Kukatpally Police Station, Cyberabad, for the offences punishable under Sections 498-A & 306 IPC by submitting that they settled the issue outside the Court amicably as to take care of the minor children of the deceased and terms of the compromise was also appended. In view of the compromise between the parties, I.A.No.1 of 2018 is allowed by compounding the offences. Consequently, the Criminal Petition is allowed and the proceedings in S.C.No.

383 of 2008 on the file of learned II Additional Sessions Judge, Ranga Reddy District are hereby quashed, accused is acquitted and the bail bonds of the accused, if any, stands cancelled.
