HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO WRIT PETITION No.12356 of 2012 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed by the petitioners seeking a direction to the respondent not to interfere with the constructions in their house site. When this matter has come up for hearing, the learned Counsel for the petitioners submitted that the construction work has already been completed.

In view of the above submission, this Court is of the view that nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
