HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U.DURGA PRASAD RAO CRIMINAL PETITION No.15853 of 2013 ORDER:

In this petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C, the petitioner/accused seeks to quash the FIR in Crime No.102 of 2013 of Kothagudem II Town P.S, Khammam District, which was registered against him for the offences under Sec.498-A and 323 IPC.

2) When the matter came up for hearing today, learned Public Prosecutor produced copy of final report and letter dt:28.07.2015 of Sub-Inspector of Police, Kothagudem II Town P.S, Khammam District and submitted that in this case investigation was completed and charge sheet was filed and case was registered as C.C.No.179 of 2013 on the file of II Additional Judicial First Class Magistrate, Kothagudem and therefore, the petition which is filed to quash the FIR has become infructuous and hence the same may be dismissed.

3) There is no representation for petitioner.

4) In view of the above submission of learned Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as Infructuous.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
