HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE S.RAVI KUMAR TRANSFER C.M.P.No.303 OF 2016 ORDER:

This application is filed to withdraw Family Court O.P.No.74 of 2016 from Family Court, Nellore and transfer the same to Family Court, Ranga Reddy at L.B.Nagar. Wife filed this application contending that respondent-husband filed Family Court O.P. before Family Court, Nellore and now she is taking shelter at her parents' house in Hyderabad and it is difficult for her to undertake journey from Hyderabad to Nellore. Advocate for respondent represented that O.P. filed in Family Court, Nellore was already withdrawn by the respondent herein on 29-6-2016 and therefore, nothing survives in this application as the O.P. which is sought for transfer is not pending as on today.

Considering the submission of advocate for respondent, this application is dismissed giving liberty to petitioner to approach this court as and when necessity arises. No costs.

As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending, shall stand dismissed.
