In view of the endorsement dated 29.09.2015 made by Sri Ravishankar Jandhyala, learned counsel for appellant stating that the appellant/Insurance Company may be permitted to withdraw the appeal, and hence the M.A.C.M.A may be dismissed as withdrawn, this M.A.C.M.A is dismissed as withdrawn without costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous applications, pending if any, shall stand closed.
