THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U.DURGA PRASAD RAO CRIMINAL PETITION NO. 260 OF 2015 ORDER:

At the admission stage, this Criminal Petition is disposed of with the following order:

The petitioner-A-5 is directed to surrender before the Trial Court on or before 5.2.2015 and move a petition for recall of NBW issued against him. If he does so, the Trial Court shall recall the NBW. Further the petitioner-A5 is at liberty to file a petition to discharge him and the Trial Court shall pass appropriate orders. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
