Md Khaja And 2 Others, v. Prl.Secy., Revenue Dept., Hyd., And 13 Others,
HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S. RAMACHANDRA RAO W.P. No. 32299 of 2017 O R D E R:- Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing on behalf of respondent Nos.1 to 5.
The petitioners' grievance is that they applied to the 5th respondent for mutation and issuance of pattedar passbooks and title deeds, but the 5th respondent is not taking any action thereon.
The learned Government Pleader for Revenue states that the petitioners should apply in Form 6-A as prescribed in Andhra Pradesh Rights in Land and Pattedar Passbook Act, 1971 to the 5th respondent. If such application is made, the 5th respondent will take further action in that regard. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of directing the petitioners to make an application in Form 6-A to the 5th respondent with supporting documents and after receiving the same, the 5th respondent shall take appropriate action within a period of six weeks and communicate his decision to the petitioners. No order as to costs.
As a sequel, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending, shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
