THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.4157 of 2006 When the matter was called on 08.06.2017, there was no representation for the petitioner, as such, this Court directed the matter to be listed on 15.06.2017 under the caption 'for dismissal'. Though the matter appeared under the caption 'for dismissal', on 15.06.2017, there was no representation for the petitioner. Even today also there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner herein. It indicates that the petitioner herein has no interest in prosecuting the Writ Petition. The Writ Petition is, therefore, dismissed for nonprosecution. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
