THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.26640 of 2018 ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Prohibition & Excise.

When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that, though the petitioner herein submitted an application, dated 19.07.2018, requesting permission for re-location of the premises, no orders have been passed so far by the Commissioner, Prohibition & Excise, Nampally-second respondent herein.

On the other hand, it is submitted by the learned Government Pleader that, if any such application is pending before the second respondent, the same will be verified and appropriate orders will be passed, strictly in accordance with law.

Recording the above submission, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, Writ Petition is disposed of, directing the second respondent herein to verify the application, dated 19.07.2018, said to have been submitted by the petitioner herein, and pass appropriate orders, strictly in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no orders as to costs.
