The petitior 3r claims to the owner and possessor of land in an extent of Ac.3.20 guntas, out of Ac.14.07, guntas, in Sy'No 221 of Jukal Village, Sl'lmshabad Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, having acquiredtheSam.infamilysettlementamonghisbrothers.o.iginalIy the land belonge I to his ancestors, late A' Govind Redcly and late A. Buchi Reddy. l rere was a partition between father of the petitioner and other family nembers and an extent of Ac 3 20 guntas devolved to the share of f s father and his name was reflected in the revenue records and pa lanis as pattedar and possessor' Subsequently' the petitioner an L his brothers got partitioned their ancestral property vlde registered rartition deed bearing document No 5749 af 2Ol7 dated 06,10,2017. The grievance of the petitioner is that there is no response from the respondent No.5. Subsequently, the petitioner lodged a petition dated 12.10,2021 with the respondents No.2 to 5 for taking necessary action pursuant to the representation of the petitioner, The petitioner also made an application in Online Dharani portal vide application No.LM 210010439 to consider his request.

In the circumstances, the writ petition ls dlgposed of directing the respondent No.s/Tahsildar to pass orders on the representations of the petitioner dated 16.03.2018, 12.10.2021 and application No.LM 210010439 made vide Online Dharani portal, within a period of eight

(8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, by following the process of law and issuing notices to all persons interested and hearing them.

Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
