HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.AMARNATH GOUD WRIT PETITION No.18040 of 2006 ORDER:

The petitioners filed this Writ Petition seeking to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to consider their application, dated 29.12.2004, in pursuance of G.O.Ms.No.515, dated 19.4.2003, G.O.Ms.No.1601, dated 29.8.2005 and G.O.Ms.No.674, dated 08.6.2006, for the purpose of regularisation of their property.

Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr. Kishore Rai, learned counsel for the petitioners, fairly submits that the issue in respect of the subject land has already been dealt with by a Division Bench of this Court in Writ Appeal No.900 of 2012 and by judgment, dated 15.4.2013, the claim of the petitioners was rejected.

In view of the above fact, this Writ Petition stands dismissed.

As a sequel, the Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
