THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE SANJAY KUMAR AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE GUDI SEVA SHYAM PRASAD WRI T PETI TI ON No.3665 of 2014 ORDER: (per SK,J) This writ petition was filed assailing the e-auction sale notice dated 15.01.2014 issued by the State Bank of India proposing to hold the auction of the secured asset on 22.02.2014.

By order dated 11.02.2014, this Court directed the petitioner to deposit a sum of Rs.20,00,000/- on or before 20.02.2015 and if such a deposit was made, the bank was directed to stay the auction scheduled to be held on 22.02.2014. It is fairly stated by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner failed to comply with this conditional order. Sri K.B.Ramanna Dora, learned counsel for the respondents, would inform this Court that as the petitioner failed to comply with the conditional interim order, the auction scheduled on 22.02.2014 was successfully held.

That being so, the cause in this writ petition does not survive for consideration on merits.

The writ petition is accordingly dismissed.

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
