THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE RAMESH RANGANATHAN And THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SATYANARAYANA MURTHY WRIT PETITION No.8455 of 2015 ORDER: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice Ramesh Ranganathan) Both Sri V.Ch.Naidu, learned counsel for the petitioners, and Dr.K.Lakshmi Narasimha, learned counsel for the respondent-bank, would submit that, in the light of the order passed by the Debts Recovery Tribunal, Visakhapatnam in I.A.No.199 of 2015 in S.A.No.78 of 2015 dated 27.03.2015, the cause in the Writ Petition does not survive, and the Writ Petition has become infructuous. The Writ Petition is, accordingly, dismissed as infructuous. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall also stand dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
