HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No. 17423 of 2016 ORDER:
Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and Government Pleader for School Education.
The present writ petition came to be filed with the following prayer:
"Issue writ of mandamus declaring the action of respondents 1 to 4 in not taking action against the respondents 5 to 7 who opened school without permission or recognition in contravention of the Andhra Pradesh education Act, 1982 and Rules, as illegal, arbitrary and violative of principles of natural justice."
The grievance of the petitioners is that their representations dated 02.02.2016 not to accord permission or recognition for shifting Sai Vidya Mandir School from H.No.9-6100, Road No.10, D.B.Nagar, Champapet, Saroornagar to H.No.91-35, Plot No.35, Rajireddy Nagar, Champapet, Ranga Reddy District, without NOC from the Fire Department, Traffic Department and GHMC.
Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case and without going into the merits of the case, the writ petition is disposed of directing respondents 2 to 4 to dispose of the representations dated 02.02.2016, in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order, if the same are still pending consideration. There shall be no order as to
costs. It is needless to mention that respondents 2 to 4 shall hear the petitioners and also the un-official respondents before passing any orders on the representations dated 02.02.2016. No order as to costs.
Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
