ORDER

This petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C., is filed by the petitioners/A1,A2,A4 and A5 seeking to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.639 of 2013 on the file of XXIV Special Magistrate at Hyderabad, for the offences punishable under Sections 138 and 142 of Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881, against them.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, none appeared on behalf of the petitioners. Admittedly, CC is of the year 2013 and no interim orders are passed in the matter. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to grant any relief in this criminal petition.

3. Hence, the Criminal Petition is dismissed. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this criminal petition shall stand dismissed.
